Protemac Keybag and Actymac Dutywatch are good for monitoring kids. I don't see nothing bad in doing it until a child is a teen.

no, i acutally think this may slow down computer performance when your gonna use the computer

my parents dont use stuff like that and im 15

If your going to that level of extreme and using parental controls, then i dont think you should be giving your child a computer in the first place if your gonna be up his @ss all the time =/
